G19/G17 Magnetic Quick Draw Magnetic Mount

Boost MePLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE MY DESIGN A BOOST!!!  I'm new to MakerWorld and excited to see so many incredible designs!

So, I tried a couple different mounts, but because my car has tight suspension, my G19 and Canuk 9mm would always pop off and hit the floor, so I designed this mount to hold 4 Neodymium bars with a nice snug fit. These magnets HOLD your pistol in place.

Also, the other mounts I tried had tape holding the magnets in place, which I didn't like, so I created a cover plate for a cleane

r (and safer) unit.

This holder allows you to not only keep your pistol available for a quick grab, but also allows you to push the pistol forward, holding the slide in place & putting one in the chamber with quick response. Although the magnets are VERY strong, pulling the grip downward releases the pistol with ease... but this mount will NOT allow your pistol to fall off when hitting large bumps!

Use some screws (obviously) and attach somewhere in your car, under a table, on a wall... wherever. I suppose you can even stick the cover plate on first and use as a guide if screwing into a stud.
