Mini Mecanum wheels (N20/TT/cross axle)

This is a mini Mecanum wheel with a diameter of 38mm and a width of 23mm. It provides three types of installation interfaces and is suitable for TT motors, N20 motors, and cross axles.

Profile 1: Both "Universal Part 1" and "Universal Part 2" need to be printed. Select either "Cross Pin", "TT Moto" or "N20 Moto" for printing according to your needs.

Profile 2: The "TPU roller" needs to be printed with TPU filament. It is recommended to use TPU90 or TPU95. The wall loops and sparse infill density can be controlled to change the hardness and friction.

Profile 3: Tools for assembly assistance should be printed as required.

In addition to the printed parts, you also need the following two types of parts.

Tips：

If the installation interface is either too tight or too loose, you can fine-tune the size of the interface by adjusting the X-Y hole compensation. A plus sign indicates an enlargement, and a minus sign indicates a reduction. It is recommended to adjust the dimension by 0.025mm each time.
