Description
This is a replacement part for my Einhell TC-TS 2225 U table saw. My original angle jig including the T track broke, so I had to re-create both. My goal was to build something that can work as replacement part and as upgrade part. Therefore, my jig features 60° angle settings (original can only do 45°) and support for bigger alignment profiles. Also, this replacement should use as many parts from the original saw as possible. As you can see, I replaced my original parallel fence with a way longer bit of extruded aluminum profile. THis makes sawing longer things way better. THis also means, that I had the original one still flying around, so I used it for this upgrade. I had to get longer M6 carriage bolts from my local hardware store to fix the fence to the jig. You can use my T slot track for the same saw, but the middle slot should be compatible with the original (I cannot test this as mine broke earlier). I used two bolts in the alu fence and a longer M6 Bolt for the slot connection. I used the original angle handle to set and fix the angle. There are also two spacers made specifically for the alu fence from the saw. If your jig has a lot of friction with the saw, check your filament and printer accuracy and maybe use some machine lubricant (Silbergleit) that is designed for table saws. It certainly helps with all jigs and larger boards with my saw.
