Made with the “Roll You're Own” community in mind. Designed to fit 20 king sized cigarettes. Perfectly holds an entire pack of cigarettes with a contoured inside while keeping them safe with this truly crush proof, flip top outer shell. The flip top lid snaps securely closed with rounded detents on both sides, and is still easily opened by hand, but not in your pocket or bag. The top is secured to the bottom with a piece of 1.75 filament acting as a hinge, making this entirely made from 3D printing material. This was designed with size in mind to make sure it is no bigger than an average (store bought) cigarette case.

 

NO EXTRA HARDWARE IS NECESSARY!

 

I suggest before assembling top to bottom with filament hinge, to run a piece of filament through the printed hinge holes working it back and forth to smooth them with friction. If the hinge hole feels to tight, a 1/16 drill bit will work. Leaving a tiny bit of hinge filament to melt flush with the box will ensure it doesn't work itself out. This will help greatly help with assembly! This can be printed with as low as 10% infill successfully.
