A Desktop-Friendly Mini Rack for Single-Board Computers and More

 

This compact mini rack is designed to sit comfortably on your desk without taking up much space. It features a horizontal screw hole distance of 111mm, making it compatible with a variety of small-form-factor devices such as Raspberry Pi, ZimaBoard, ZimaBlade, and other SBCs. Each layer aligns with the standard 1U rack height (44.45mm), allowing for easy stacking and modular expansion. To help keep your setup tidy, the top panel features built-in cable retention slots—sized for both 7.0mm and 7.6mm Ethernet cables—making it easy to secure and organize network wiring.

 

Optimized for Passive Cooling

 

To enhance passive airflow, all side panels and the top cover are printed with 0 top and bottom layers, exposing the infill pattern as natural ventilation holes. For better structural strength, it is recommended to increase the number of wall/perimeter lines during slicing to compensate for the lack of solid outer surfaces.

 

 

This print pack includes pre-configured mounting kits for ZimaBoard 2 and ZimaBlade, along with a dual 2.5” drive bay designed to work seamlessly with their official SATA Y cables. A universal flat shelf is also included to support custom setups or additional gear.
