Description
This is a bladed swimbait designed from scratch in 3D using Fusion 360. The project includes several test versions; even the final one still has some swimming and balancing issues. I've decided to share it publicly on Maker World in the hope that someone can help me fix it or improve the design.
Assembly is simple: all you need is 0.7 mm steel wire (or similar), lead weights, and superglue to hold the parts together. If you're passionate about fishing, 3D modeling, or prototyping, any suggestions or remixes are welcome!
Assembling the swimbait is simple:
If you want to use the optional extra tail segment, keep in mind that its joint is different from the others.
To assemble it correctly, you’ll need to create two wire loops linked together, forming a single flexible connection — since this joint has only one pivot point instead of two.
Thanks to anyone who downloads, tests, improves, or shares feedback on this project.
