A compact, rounded cap designed to hold two Ø8 mm round neodymium magnets in side-insert pockets, so the magnetic faces sit just 0.8 mm behind the front surface for stronger field at the target device. Includes tolerance variants (7.8/7.9/8.1 mm) for press-fit or glue, plus tunable parameters for body size, wall thickness, magnet thickness, and center-to-center spacing. Ideal when a forward-facing magnet won’t trigger reliably—rotate the field 90° and bring it closer without exposing the magnet.

Print notes: 0.2 mm layer height, 3–4 perimeters, ~25% infill. Print on the flat back; pockets will be round and clean. Check magnet polarity before press-fit. Adjust front_wall (0.6–1.0 mm) or pocket size variant to tune performance/fit.
