Features:

 

• Fits standard Ø100 mm ventilation ducts.
• Requires minimum supports — only 2 small ones.
• For different pipe diameters, simply rescale the model before printing.
• Optimized for FDM printing.

 

 

Printing Recommendations:

 

• Material: PLA / PETG  (PETG recommended for humid environments).
• Infill: 20%, layer height 0.2 mm.
• Only 2 small supports needed near the hinge axis.

Installation:

 

• Press-fit into the pipe for a snug connection.
• If needed, you can secure it with a small self-drilling screw for extra stability.
• Apply a thin layer of sealant if airtightness is required.
