Description

This model is a remix of ‘Drum kit low poly’ by Sketchfab user, @fabriminal. The model is adapted for 3D printing and larger-scale display. I’ve carefully modified the original design to improve printability, stability, and overall proportions, while keeping the same classic low-poly drum kit style. Perfect for music lovers, display pieces, or creative diorama builds — this remix balances style, function, and print-friendly design.

All credits for the original design go to the original creator. This remix focuses on bringing the digital kit into the physical world through 3D printing.

Printing Tips:

Use a 0.08 mm layer height for the best detail.

You can drill small holes in the ride and crash cymbals to fit them on the poles, or just glue them on.

Hi-hat cymbals need 1.2 mm holes to fit properly.

Cut the cymbal stands to your preferred height — just be gentle when handling them.

I printed my cymbal stands individually as I had more success in reducing stringing.

(I apologize for my model photos, I had to print the seat grey as I had no black filament left)

PLEASE NOTE: This is a delicate model. Take your time when removing parts from the build plate and assembling, patience pays off for the best result.

I am WIP for another print profile where the drumheads are a different color instead of the same colour as the drum shell. Thanks!

Boost MePlease boost! It helps me a lot.
