Description

I couldn't find a nice suitable case for my reMarkable pro online so I designed one. You can print it on an A1 or bigger and it prints without any supports.

You can charge your reMarkable while it is in the case and the pen stays attached in the case so it charges as well! It's really sleek and thin but very strong.

  • Print all the case parts in any filament you like (PLA/PETG/ABS etc)
  • On the flat sides (of the top and the back) use stick on vilt to protect the screen extra good (this stuff: https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005010132016622.html)
  • All along the edge I used superglue and then tiny screws to hold it in place (M2x6mm will do: https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005010267177586.html)
  • Print the band in TPU (or any soft-ish filament)
  • Inside the band there's a deep entry and a shallow entry, the ‘lid’ goes into the shallow entry and you need to glue it there (I just used construction adhesive, the one that needs to dry 2-3 minutes before you re-attach it again) be sure to fit first
  • Slide in your remarkable from the top, put the lid on! Friction keeps it on.

I printed mine with STRAIGHT layerlines and infill, if you'd like a more traditional print use the 45 degrees profile (which is just normal).
