Fence Stop with Fine Adjustment

UPDATE 29/3/26 - In the print profile, purge volumes were increased to avoid the possibility of weakness due to the PETG support interface contaminating the PLA. I tried several options with only PLA supports, but nothing worked as well as using a support interface. 

I designed this fence stop to use with my table saw when making repeated cuts in timber, particularly when making boxes with mitred corners. The fine adjustment, facilitated by turning the lower knob forward or backwards, allows fine-tuning the cut without loosening the whole stop. The scale is in millimetres. It attaches to a channel inserted into the top of my diy table saw sled. The fence stop is customised to the size of my fence, which is 100mm high and can also be rotated upwards when not needed.

To assemble the stop, M6 nuts and bolts are needed. The nuts need to be pressed into the holes in the moving stop, bolts screwed in as far as possible from the other side, then pushed back into their holes. The gap created by doing this then becomes the adjustment range.
