Peblar EV charger cover replacement (50Five)

This is a replacement cover for the Peblar charger (Home and Business). Also known as the 50Five Advance flex 1.

With integrated chargecable holder.

Print in a color of your choosing to change the color of your charger.

 

This final version was created after more than 15 test versions.

The model has integrated support at the back to resist warping. They can easily be removed by breaking them off (see photo).

 

Advise to print in a (hot) weather and UV proof material like PETG. I tried printing in ASA but had to much warping issues. The example in the pictures is printed in ABS.

Advise to use a cased printer. Due to the slim profile warping can be an issue if temperature variations occur.
