Ejection Seat Pull Switch

 

This is my simple design for F18 styled ejection seat switch, it is a tight fit with the limit switch, I will recommend wiring that up first before installation into the body. There are two positions for the switch and springs. As you can see I bent the lever of the switch at the tip to interact with the activator on the pull mech. As for the parts I used they are listed with mostly ALIEXPRESS parts as I bought mine from a local electronics shop. For the handle itself, its a power lead cut and wrapped with braided sleeve and the wrapped with yellow electrical tape and fitted with a cable gland into the pull mech. It is again a tight fit and a bit fiddly getting the cable gland into position on the pull mech as I didn't want to compromise the overall size. It does have 4 mounting holes on the back of the box.
