Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 20-50% (I use adaptive cubic but gyroid would be better for strength)
• Walls: 3–4 perimeters
• Supports: Not required

Notes

• PETG is recommended for hot garages or trailers
• Increase infill to 50% if mounting in vehicles
• Use countersunk screws for a flush finish
