- Added a “(Double Latch Model) 25x 10ml Peptide Vial Case” and renamed the original profile to “(Single Latch) 6x 10ml Peptide Vial Case”.
- Based on user feedback, the “Single Latch Model” was loose due to the single hinge design. The updated “Double Latch Model” addresses this feedback and is much more secure for all future models.
This is a case for 10ml vials (either 6x or 25x). As requested, I modified the original concept to achieve more compact scaling, saving space in the fridge. I also created a custom insert to keep the vials from rattling or clinking.
I opted for a fully printable design to make it easier to assemble, which eliminates the need for any additional hardware or components that might rust in a humid environment.
Design Details
- Fits 6 or 25 Vials: Sized for 10ml vials (22.5mm diameter) (additional profile for 27mm diameter).
- No Hardware: The top, bottom, and latch snap together. No screws or pins required.
- Secure Insert: Custom internal layout keeps vials upright.
- Compact Scaling: Slimmed down to fit easily in side doors or butter compartments.
- Material: Printed PLA+ so the latch and snap features can flex without breaking. Regular PLA works given the use case, and PETG is also preferred if you want more flexibility.

Assembly
Once the parts have finished, assemble the top and bottom pieces, attach the latch, and push in the insert. The insert is designed to be a tight fit, so it stays locked in place. The snap fit is snug to make sure the case stays together during use.
