Description

These are a dumbbell clips a simple and reliable solution for keeping weight plates firmly in place during workouts.

This Model Includes 2 versions:

  • Ø25mm version
  • Ø30mm version

The two parts (Main body and Clip) are held together with an M3 × 30 mm screw and nut, with a total assembled height of 32 mm. 

These clips are designed for PETG(i recommend using it). I tested it with PETG-CF, and it worked well.
Recommended settings are 4–5 perimeters and 15–30% gyroid infill,I personally used 15%, which has been holding up great , you will need use supports (i used tree supports) . 

For better consistency and less material shrinkage, I slightly increased the bridge speed, which helped keep the layer printing time more consistent and have less material shrinkage.

I Tested the both versions and it holder 10+ KG vertically (98N)

 

Assembly is straightforward and quick:

You will need a M3 × 30 mm screw and nut.
