ZeroBlade V2 Light – Everyday Carry Knife

The ZeroBlade project aims to create the ultimate 3D-printed everyday carry. With the V2 Light, I decided to go back to basics. This version is entirely stripped down for people who simply love the design but don't need any extra multitool features. No bells and whistles—just the blade in a clean, minimalist package.

 

Work in Progress Notice: I am currently working on a completely new lock mechanism for the ZeroBlade! It isn’t quite finished yet, but stay tuned for future updates.

Bill of Materials 

• 1x Trapezoidal Blade
• 5x M2x6mm Head Socket Screws
• 2x M3x6mm Head Socket Screws
• 1x 608 Bearing
• 7 Neodym Magnets (3mm x 1mm)

Assembly Notes Do not overtighten screws – stop once you feel resistance.
