BMCU Lite spool rewinder upgrade KIT
Boost MeYour boosts help me work and support projects. Thank you.
NOW, BMCU lite can be used in A1 and P1 series!!!
BOM:
Rewinding is fully fully controlled by the main BMCU board. N20 motors can be a bit noisy, but I can't compare them to the original AMS.
When there is little filament left on the spool, the N20 motor may sometimes start. It does not affect the operation, it is simply related to the working principle of the BMCU. I have not found a solution to remove it yet.
When printing, the motor does not move, so the spool slides on rubber rings. They do not wear out, but it is better to have them in reserve, so that in case of need they can be replaced after 2000 hours of printing. If necessary)
Schematic example for motor №4
IF MOTOR rotating in wrong way, change the polarity of the motor (connect the wires the other way around, minus to the diode)
This rewind system is max low cost and do not require any other modules for control.
