Jessem Mast-R-Lift II Magnetic Tool Holder

Overview

This is a magnetic tool holder for the Jessem Mast-R-Lift II insert wrench and height adjustment Allen wrench . Its designed with embedded magnets so that you can pull the tools horizontally off the wall, not requiring space above the holder to remove the tool.

I've broken the holders into separate 3MF files as they require pauses at separate heights.

Print Settings

I prefer to print these with 3 walls/top/bottom and 30% infill, mainly for the screw holes. No supports.

It uses embedded magnets. When printing, simply add a pause at the layer before the magnet holes are covered and slide them it. The 3MF file already includes the pauses at the correct layer height.

The magnets are close enough to the bed that they should attract to that, but its always safe to add a drop of super glue so your extruder doesn't pull them out. I've made the cutouts for the magnets larger as I've found there's not a high precision across brands of 20x10x5mm magnets so they should drop right in.

Bill Of Materials

For both tool holders you will need:

• x3 20x10x5mm magnets (cheapest on AliExpress)
• x4 #6-¾" Wood Screw 

Assembly

Just screw it to a vertical surface using the two #6-¾" wherever you want to put it!

This is apart of my large collection of custom designed Wall Mounted Tool Holders. These are all designed for a specific tool model for a perfect fit and are designed mostly with 20x10x5mm magnets. This allows me to design the tools to pull off horizontally, not requiring space above or below the holder to remove the tool and allowing tools to be densely packed.
