EGO Blower Nozzle (Fits 530 and 575 CFM models)

This nozzle is designed for EGO Power+ blowers, and fits the 530 and 575 CFM models. They sell similar nozzles, but for $20, I decided to make my own. This nozzle slides over the end of the blower, and then rotates to lock in place, allowing for easy install and removal.

Once installed, the nozzle serves to control the airflow from the blower, giving a wider spread while keeping the majority of airflow closer to the ground (see last image for side by side comparison). The nozzle opening also has the same surface area that the blower's standard nozzle does, so airflow isn't restricted. I recommend printing this in PETG or ASA since the nozzle will likely be scraped and sustain potential drops from normal use. While PLA could work, it is more brittle and susceptible to softening if left in the sun for too long, so attempt at your own risk!

Also, I designed this nozzle based on the dimensions of my blower's nozzle, which is old and scuffed from use. It is designed to fit snug, so please let me know ASAP if the tolerances are too tight for a new, non scraped blower. If so, I will update the tolerances and re-upload my profile. Thanks!
