Description
I've recently fell into the world of ADS-B Tracking and ended up with a Raspberry Pi 5 and FlightAware Pro Stick Plus.
I found I needed a simple enclosure to store the Raspberry Pi 5 and FlightAware Pro Stick Plus.
This case is designed specifically for the Pi 5 + Pro Stick Plus combo, though I've tested it with an RTL-SDR clone and that fits nicely too. Everything is accessible without opening the lid: the SMA antenna port protrudes directly through a cutout so no extension cable is needed, and there are cutouts for the USB-C power adapter, 2 x micro-HDMI ports, and an ethernet cable. Ventilation cutouts help keep the Pi and SDR running cool (however I'm going to update the model to be able to take a ventilation fan).
The lid secures with 4x M3 x 12mm countersunk self-tapping screws for a clean finish, and the Pi mounts with 4x M2.5 x 6mm pan head or button head self-tapping screws.
For software, I'm running the ADSB.im Raspberry Pi image, it's a fantastic aggregtor that feeds multiple networks at once and makes the whole setup process suprisingly painless. Worth checking out if you haven't already. Using Wi-Fi means the ethernet cutout is optional, but it's thee if you need it.
Print Notes:
- Supports required for the cutouts

If you run into any fit issues or have a suggested improvement, leave a comment and I'll do my best to update the model. If you build one, drop a photo.
Happy Tracking!
