120mm Fan To 100mm Pipe 90 Degree Adaptor

Design

This model has been designed to fit standard 120mm fans supplied by computer/chassis/rack fan manufacturers to feed into a 100mm flexible ventilation pipe with a clamp.

Printing

The two parts have been designed to be printed directly on the print bed with no supports. In the case of the part that attaches to the pipe the 100mm end should be on the print bed. PLA worked fine for me.

Assembly & Mounting

You will need two M4x8 screws and nuts and 4 M4 washers to connect the two parts. It will not be completely air tight unless you run some sealant around where the two parts connect.
