Use 1.75mm filament pieces for the smaller pipe things.

 

Edit:

The small pipe/tubes are not included in the model due to the small size, it's much better to have the separate than to have them included in the model to save you the hassle of removing tiny supports and getting a sub optimal finish/possible breaking the model in the process.

Make the pipes out of some small bits of 1.75mm filament just cut to length and shape them using heat (warm water over 60c works great for PLA) and insert them in to the finished print, use som glue to keep them in place if you like.
