Remove Before Fight tag "Impact" NO AMS NEEDED

A simple Remove Before Fight tag compliant with NHRL weapon lock rules. There is a pause before the text layers to allow for switching filaments to get a contrasting text color. This is the IMPACT font version. Comic Sans and Japanese text are also available on my page.
