Description
I took the model from @jattie and cut it in to pieces so the different parts could be printed in different colours.
I glued the parts together with a little Loctite superglue; I was going to model pins or whatever to make positioning the parts easier, but it was actually pretty easy to glue up anyway, so I didn't bother.
I also didn't separate out his facial features (eyes, eyebrows, mouth) as they'ed be too small; I figure they can be drawn on with permanent marker if required.
His face turned out rather Pinocchio-like, due to the print orientation. I chose that orientation to make his neck strong, and quite like the result, but you could orient differently or reduce the layer height to get a smoother finish.
