The Calabi-Yau manifold is a complex manifold frequently used in superstring theory (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calabi-Yau_manifold). The original file was created with Mathematica™ and sent to me by professor Oliver Knill from Harward University (http://www.math.harvard.edu/~knill/). It is published here with his permission.
