PEX96 - Micro FPV quadcopter brushless 96mm frame

Hello folks

I was looking for a caged frame under 100mm for interior/exterior FPV and could not find one, so I designed my own.

This frame is designed for 20x20mm FC and ESC mount and for 19/2035 propellers, this is a 96mm class frame with holes for 1103/1105 motors (Racerstar BR1103 and DYS BE1104 motors have been tested)

I build this frame around the parts I wanted so I recommend to check my part list:

• Piko BLX F3
• Cicada 4in1 10A or Multistar 4 in 1 10 A
• Eachine VTX03
• iPEX to SMA Mushroom Antenna
• 600TVL 120 Degree Camera
• FD800 Tiny Frsky 8CH PPM/SBUS Receiver
• DYS BE1104 6500kv Motors
• You can use any 19/20 props, but I recommend the Furious FPV 2035-4 Propellers
• Lipo Tattu 450mah 75C, Tattu 650mah 75C and cheap Zop Power 500Mah 45C(I switched the plug to XT30)

It is compatible with the Eachine MiniCube and all 20x20 mouting FC and ESC.

You will need 14 M3 nylon spacers (20mm) + 28 M3 screws (6 to 8mm)

It should be very durable and lightweight depending on your filament type and quality. I would recomment to use Nylon or Carbon fiber filament.
