These are simple number labels using Nemeth code (the US standard code for brailing mathematics). All numbers have the number sign preceding the digit.
These are for use in applying braille labels to dials, rulers, measuring tools so that they are accessible to the blind. If doing so it is important to leave a precise tactile mark similar to a ruler. Center the digit or place the marker on the backwards L shaped symbol (called the number sign).
