Football is coming (home edition)

As an educational exercise, and to celebrate my Sweepstake Team (FRANCE) Reaching the FIFA World Cup final (Look, I'm trying not to focus on England missing out on 3rd place...) we showed the educational side of Footy by converting a scratch made Football from a scratch made Dodecahedron.

You don't want rounding errors in your geometry - when scaling these can get big.

So I thought I'd teach #BathRoboticsDaughter how to create this footy from scratch.

It was more interesting than the game today.

Let's be honest, they have already shown they don't need the whole of Belgium, Brussels is running rings around us in the #Brexit negotiations!!!

Anyway, Enjoy this, I've included the Autodesk Inventor Files here for you to also enjoy.

NEW: Rounded. Lil' #BathRobotics was dissapointed when she saw it had flat sides, so I showed her how to extrude up to a round surface... New files in play...
