*** Update 190706 ***
I added thicker spacers: 1.0 to 2.0 mm.
But seriously, if you need the 2.0 mm part, your scooter is messed up!
I recently got myself a Xiaomi Mijia M365 electric scooter.
It's perfect for the walk to and from the train and even more when I get to the city.
As a lot of M365 users have reported, the folding mechanism wears and gets sloppy/clicky with time.
A simple 10-15 minute print solves that issue for an otherwise excellent product.
The only fitting part I could find here on Thingiverse did the trick, but it was designed in a way that made it deform on first use.
And if you fold down the scooter, there's nothing holding it in place, meaning it's very easy to lose it.
That's why I made this thing.
The main difference is that this part is designed to go behind the locking mechanism bar, which holds it in place when folded.
The other thing is that when placed on the steering stem part, there's much more room so it won't get mangled.
I drew this up basically freehand, so it's not perfect by any means, but it gets the job done.
For a new scooter I recommend the 0.4 mm part.
