Ender 5 Plus Mount for Full Discount and Creality LCD12864 (No Slim)

I was going to wait to publish this until I had tested it, myself, but I've been urged by a few people to post it anyways so they can test it. So, here it is:

This is a remix of Full Graphic Display Case for Creality CR-X by Mouses ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3369685 ), designed to work with the Ender 5 Plus, which also comes with the less-than-useful touchscreen.

If there's really a need for theSlim, I'll whip it up. But, I don't really see people using the Slim displays, TBH.

If you find any issues with the fit or dimensions on this, please tell me and I'll fix it right away.

Mouses, thank you for the starting point. That is a most excellent display mount you've got there.
