Ergonomic Shift Knob

This is a shifter I ended up using in my ford with splined shaft shifter arm. With this you get a better grip and no slip when the engines getting real hot and heavy. Arthritis can make a minor slip a real jarring situation, so Ihave some failed attempts but will keep working on some comfortable approaches.
