OpenRC Truggy Natalia

This is my modified version of Original OpenRC Truggy designed by Daniel Noree.
This version is modified so that it can use all metal drive-train bought from cheap source on AliExpress.
At first I tried to print all differential parts by myself but each time something would broke within first minute or two so at the end I gave up and decide to bought metal differential HSP 02024 and other metal parts used for drivetrain. Whole list of bought parts is bellow. I tried to use Pez model but some parts did not fit as it should, and I wanted to reuse some of original parts that I already printed like shock towers etc. so I remodeled both central differential housings and front/rear diff. housing and meany other parts as well. Since I have two big 3S batteries I had to change top plate in order to fit those batteries. For metal axles driveshafts I used 188015 one common on AliExpress.
Shock dumpers are 100mm long but 110mm version can be used as well. Don't get 90mm version.
I use 2900KV motor but that is way too fast on 3S, so I would suggest 2000kv motor or slower if you are using 3S Battery, or better yet, get yourself 2S battery.
For central differential, I have modify HSP 02024 diff in a way that I replace original big metal gear with printed one, so you will need to buy 3 pieces of HSP 02024.
Since I originally bought 10 pieces of bearings of each size (5x10x4, 6x12x4 and 10x15x4) I designed front and rear diff housing so that it use one small bearing (5x10x4) and one big one (10x15x4) for central axle shaft. That way you don't need two additional 5x10x4 but in order to use that you will need Bearing Inserts to insert inside that big bearing.
On front axles driveshafts (188015) first insert "Front axel spacer 1mm" and then insert them to "Pez_Steering_Block". That way driveshaft will stay long enough to enter fully into differential.

And don't forget to use thread locker on all nuts and screws. Guess how I figure that out ;)

26.5.2020 Update
Added Axel Ring - put it on 188015 Steel Universal Dogbone, that should help in preventing dogbone metal parts falling apart which did happen to me once. I was able to but it back and this ring should prevent those small pins to pop out on one side and then fall apart.
Added Spur Vent - I just put some glue and attach it to Spur Gear M1 Z13. That ventilator should keep Spur Gear a bit cooler which should as a consequence help prevent it to become to soft as it get too hot and falling apart.

7.7.2020 Update
I added updated wing holder with two additional pieces which allow to screw wing down to wing holder. Wing holder itself is now also much more robust because I was able to broke original version quite easily during rollout.
