Description
Crusher Robot. This is a 150g combat robot. I'm attaching the .STEP file as well for those who want to edit. This is more of a control bot as it doesnt really have the power to crush. But it does make for a fun robot to drive around the house.
The building doesn't require any extra tools. Assembly is a bit tricky with the prepping the gears and programming the TX to the correct limits. Wedges can be printed or cut out of a sturdy material.
The lego hub has tolerances to printed easily on my printer and be a snug fit, but attaching a tighter tolerance version in case you need it.
You can use #3 Plastite screws for top armor and to attach the wedges to the frame
Use a 3mm drill bit to clear out the holes in the head gear and base uprights.

Hardware:
2qty: 1/4" Track Spikes
1 qty - M3 x 25mm
2qty - M3x 12mm
4" Zip Ties
3-24 Plastite Screws
Wheels: Lego 24x14 Tire

Electronics:
Flipper Servo: KST X12-508 Servo
Here are other variations of the servo that will work. KST DS215MG V3, PTK 9495MG-D or Corona DS929HV.
These are 2S servos. Power directly from your battery to get the full voltage to them. You also may need to trim the end of the servo arm to get it to fit in the gear.
I have also included a servo arm for the cheap HXT-900 servo. Not as quick, but good for messing around the house.
ESC: Malenki Nano
Drive Motors: N20 Micro Gearmotor 30:1 or 1000rpm
Battery: Nano-tech 300mah 2S Lipo Pack
I use the 4 wide 2.54mm Headers as my link.
