Description
This is a shroud for a triple-fan radiator used in water cooling a computer. A shroud improves airflow and eliminates the dead spot in from of the fan axle. It is designed to fit perfectly in my old Black Ice Pro radiator, but it should fit any other 360mm PC water cooling radiator.
I printed this in TPU to also isolate the vibrations from the fan and reduce noise, it can be printed in a solid material too, of course. Or even in a mixture of materials, with the fan side in TPU and the radiator side in PLA/ABS/PETG (I haven't tried this, so I can't guarantee it would work).
I am including the source in OpenScad so that you can adjust the parameters or modify it. In particular the variable 'h' adjust the total height of the shroud. It is 25mm now.
It can be printed without supports on any type. I used 15% infill with TPU and it is strong enough.
