Description
KINGROON KP3のヘッド部分には冷却ファンが１つしかなく、ホットエンドを冷却する風の一部がフィラメント冷却のために使われています。このファンは電源に直結されていて常に100%で回転しているためフィラメント冷却量も常に一定です。
しかしKINGROON KP3のファームウエア及びコントロールボード自体にはフィラメントを単独で冷却可能な機能が備わっており、外付けでフィラメント冷却ファンを接続可能であることがわかりました。
ネットで探したところ以下の場所にある圧縮ファイル中に冷却ダクトのstlデータを発見しました。

早速印刷したのですが、オリジナルのデータが作成されたときからKINGROON KP3のホットエンドの取付位置の仕様が変わったようで、ダクトサポートの取り付けができませんでした。そこでオリジナルのダクトサポートduct support.stlの修正を行いました。
stlファイルは直接編集することができないので、FreeCADでソリッドデータ(STEP)に変換してからFusion360に読み込んで修正を行いました。
●duct support_V2.stl
熱に強いPETGもしくはABSで、穴の部分はサポートをブロックして印刷するとよいと思います。
取り付けに際しては、KINGROON KP3のホットエンドのヒーターとセンサをいったん外して右側から差し込むようにします。
ダクト本体はオリジナルのデータKingroonKP3_5015TH3DFanDuct_V2.stlそのままです。
ファンは5015 24Vの物を以下から入手しました。

ファンに付いているケーブルの長さが足らないので、XHコネクタを使って60cmほどの延長ケーブルを作成する必要があります。ファンについているコネクタと基板のコネクタでは±が逆なので注意が必要です。Z軸のモーター側が+になります。本体へのコネクタ差し込みは、本体のカバーを外さなくても後ろの隙間からピンセットを使えば可能です。
●Fan guard.stl
プリンタ購入時のサンプルのフィラメントを使用時に、フィラメントの後端が冷却ファンの中に入ってしまいフィンの一部が傷ついてしまったのでファンガードを作成しました。
●SD guard.stl
それとSDカードの差込口とケースとの隙間が大きくて、間違った位置に差し込んでしまうのと、差し込んだ状態でカードのお尻が飛び出しているのが気に入らなかったのでガードを作成しました。併せてデータをアップします。両面テープで本体に張り付けてください。
The KINGROON KP3 head has only one cooling fan and part of the wind that cools the hot end is used for filament cooling. This fan is directly connected to the power supply and always rotates at 100%, so the filament cooling rate is always constant.
However, it was found that the KINGROON KP3 firmware and control board itself have a function that can cool the filament independently, and that a filament cooling fan can be connected externally.
When I searched on the net, I found stl data of the cooling duct in the compressed file in the following location.

I printed it immediately, but it seems that the specifications of the KINGROON KP3's hot end mounting position have changed since the original data was created, and the duct support could not be mounted. So I modified the original duct support duct support.stl.
Since the stl file cannot be edited directly, I converted it to Solid data (STEP) with FreeCAD and then read it into Fusion 360 to correct it.

I recommend printing with heat resistant PETG or ABS with the support blocked at the holes.
When installing, remove the hot end heater and sensor of KINGROON KP3 and insert it from the right side.
The duct body is the original data KingroonKP3_5015TH3DFanDuct_V2.stl.

The length of the cable attached to the fan is not enough, so you need to make an extension cable of about 60 cm using the XH connector. Be careful because the connector on the fan and the connector on the board are opposite in ±. The motor side of the Z axis will be +. You can insert the connector into the main body by using the tweezers from the rear gap without removing the cover of the main body.

When using the sample filament at the time of printer purchase, the rear end of the filament got inside the cooling fan and some of the fins were damaged, so I made a fan guard.
● SD guard.stl
I also created a guard because I didn't like the fact that the SD card slot and the case had a large gap between them, and I could insert it in the wrong position, and that the butt of the card was protruding when it was inserted. Data will also be uploaded. Please stick to the body with double-sided tape.
