#All in One Direct Drive Extruder adapter - GeekDrive :-) #
It has the best COG possible with the Stepper motor mounted ~3mm above the frame, and the shortest path to the Nozzle since it's directly feeds the Nozzle.

Important: Because of the tight tolerances- I recommend printing this parts at high quality.

I recommend upgrading the pulley wheels to Polycarbonate type to reduce the wear from the added Mass of the direct drive design, I have also ordered them and I hope to receive them this year (LOL) it's great upgrade for the Glass bed owners too.

Regarding BMG extruder:
I hope to receive mine soon :https://www.banggood.com/custlink/KGvdY6k32e and then I will make another version to integrate their design into my carriage plate. I must have the part to test it myself before releasing, I hope it won't take long.

This mod replaces the X carriage and the stock extruder and combines all in one part.
I have designed the X carriage plate with many M3 screw holes so you can design your own attachment to install on it (BLtouch/Fan ducts... etc'.)

Bed Size After installation:

X:230mm.
Y:230mm with new Y_LimitSwitchBracket installed.
Z:~150mm until you install Direct Driver extension stepper cable.

#Important!#
After first installation, make sure to Re-Tighten the Pulley Wheels screws after first week of use - because printed plastic can have tiny gaps and after first week the screws can feel little loose, after 2nd re-tightening it should last for long time, just keep an eye if the screws become little loose every 1~3 month.

Update July 17th:
Added Eccentric_Nut_Custom-Tool.zip to replace the stock Eccentric Nut with larger model to help against deforming, you can use the Drill jig on your already printed E plate and drill with 10mm drill or print the newer "GeekDrive_E_Plate_Custom_Eccentric_Nut" E plate, when assembling- you gonna need M5 Large washer under the Nut on the Eccentric wheel.

Important Update July 15th:
Craftrum_5015_FanDuct_RemixFor_GeekDriveV3 was deleted because of desing error in the part, Replaced by newer Craftrum_5015_FanDuct_RemixFor_GeekDriveV4 that fixed the problem.

Added GeekDrive_E_Plate_M3_Thread_Inserts and RadFanMount_M3_Thread_Inserts with 4.1mmx6.7mm holes for Brass M3 thread Inserts.
