Yet Another Playseat Challenge Shifter Mount for TH8A

This is a remixed Version of Jeoje's Playseat Challenge Shifter Mount for the Thrustmaster TH8A. It is similar to CorrieD's Version with some improvements.

The shifter mount is now one part, so it might only be suitable for larger printers.
I increased the length of the mounting plate and added all 4 mounting holes for the TH8A and the resulting position of the gear lever is quite good.
I did also change some smaller things on the inside bracket, such as making the hexagonal pockets for the M3 nuts a little larger and deeper. Now the nuts do not need to be heated and pressed in.
I used a M4x25 bolt for the lower right mounting hole, the one where the screw is mounted from the inside, and simply cut a thread into the outer bracket. This works surprisingly well, but don't overtighten it!
