Description
These are parts for upgrading a stock Onewheel Pint to use a DEWALT 20V/60V Max Flexvolt battery (DCB609-2) to expand it's range, the parts fit stock Onewheel pint fender. Check out my youtube video and write up to see how it all works together. https://youtu.be/KzqJV5YvALk
Included are all the files I used during the prototyping but you can decide what ones you want to use. The switch was included to prevent sparking when connecting the Pint and the Flexvolt batteries together. Some of the parts require some glue to make them fit together.
My suggestion is to go with the XT90 connector option, it has a build in anti-spark feature.
Option 1 - Switch

Onewheel Pint Battery Mount Fender with Switch
Square Plug
Door
Option 2 - XT90
Onewheel Pint Battery Mount Battery Only Final
Onewheel Pint Battery Mount Dewalt Final
Square Plug
To make the Dewalt Battery adaptor, you will also need a small piece of flat metal for the jumper connector (slots C1 and C3) and some common electrical blade connectors and some 14 gauge silicone wire. Heat the blade connectors to insert them into the printed part. The square plug is used to prevent the jumper from backing out. For jumper connector, just bend the flat metal and insert into the square hole for the pins.
