ESP32-CAM Enclosure with mounting options

I added a revised STL for the case. R6 version of the case has been modified to use a Micro USB breakout board with mounting holes that are 9 mm from USB connector "face".

I uploaded revised STL for the 0.25 and 5mm "End Mount". The files are noted with "R2" in the filename. The difference is the way the mount is fastened to the case. This was done to increase the strength of the mounting when rotating. The original mounts will work OK but I thought there was too much "flex" when rotating over the ridges of the ripple washer.

This “Thing” is an enclosure for an ESP32-Cam module. The design provides options for a Micro USB or JST-SM power connection, two locations for an optional, external, antenna and provision for an externally accessible reset button. Several mounting adaptors are provided to handle most mounting needs such as mounting to the frame of a 3D printer (my original goal) or mounting to a camera tripod via standard 1/4-20 mount. Convenient positioning or aiming of the camera is provided by a “Slip Joint” or a “Ball Joint” system. I have included an STL file for an optional case back that has cutouts providing access to the module’s pins. A PDF is provided so you print a paper label that will identify these pins. This may be useful for development purposes.

Assembly instructions with a bill of materials are included in the files section.

[1,2] The “Base” and the “Ball” have a 5 mm through hole to be used for mounting the camera assembly. An STL of a “Reducing Washer” is provided that will allow use of a 3mm screw if this is more convenient.
