Description

The drag chain links print flat and then get assembled. The bending stresses for assembly are aligned with the layer planes making them flexible and easy to assemble without breaking. For a single link you need to print 2 pieces of Chain Link (A or B) and 2 Pieces of Chain Link Cover (A or B respectively). Each Link gives you 26mm of drag chain.
I printed them with PLA with an 0.8mm nozzle with 0.4mm layers and they work great. With these settings I can print about 104mm of drag chain in 40 minutes. Printing them with a 0.4mm nozzle and thinner layer takes longer, but should give you a more detailed part
