Summary

This is an addition to mustcode's remix, which has two mounting holes in a different place due to the unique USB-C cable for the hotend on BIQU B1. I also added a cutout for the cable. The mounting plate between the stepper motor and extruder is now 1,5mm thinner, so i could use 35mm long screws and the output side is now closer to center (not perfect by any means, but better). This is a reupload, so this thing can be seen from the original remix page, because thingiverse is totally broken and i cannot post a remix in any other way, devs pls...
