Hauck travel bed replacement part

I made this replacement part for the Hauck travel bed as the original part broke apart. As far as i know, this part seems to break very often on these beds if you are not carefull when you fold or unfold the bed.
On this center hinge there are 2 almost similar parts. This is the wider one.

To assemble the part you first have to drill out the rivets. you can replace them with some bolts and nuts.

I printed this part in PLA with 100% infill to make it as strong as possible.
maybe other filament is better... feel free to test this!
