Papel Picado - Mexican paper flag

Papel picado ("perforated paper") flags are a colorful Mexican decoration used at parties and holiday celebrations. Print these in bright colors and assemble them into buntings to hang around your home or yard. I used two colors on each flag, but you don't have to.
