Description
The Ender 3 S1 is already a very good printer and it is hard to make improvements on it.
But after seeing people increasing the cooling of the motherboard with an extra fan, I tried to do it the fastest way by increasing the space under the printer.
Increasing the space below the printer can increase the airflow and cools down the motherboard better.
You have to print 4 pieces of the Foot-height-increaser and slide them on the original rubber feet. You can add a small piece of double sided tape between the original rubber foot and the Foot-height-increaser to avoid that the Foot-height-increaser comes of when you lift the 3D-Printer.
Just print the part in TPU with 15% infill Gyroid. This infill makes it a perfect vibration damper!
Happy printing!
P.S. The Ender 3 S1 has 5 pieces of rubber feet under the printer, but it is enough to add only 4 pieces of Foot-height-increaser for all 4 corners.
