Description

***** For some reason the actual cover is not showing up in the views but can still be downloaded. There are TWO versions, with and without the choke knob option. I included some screen shots of the NO-CHOKE version*****

Part; Honda Spree Petcock Cover with and without MANUAL CHOKE OPTION

Application; Honda Spree

This is a modified petcock cover that uses a wing nut and stronger tabs to attach.
This should solve the problem of lost covers caused by the odd spring clip on the original.

I also converted to a manual choke that uses some bowden tubing (1.75mm from the 3D printer scrap pile) and a needle salvaged from a failed AUTO CHOKE.

For the best finish I suggest printing with the main tab (wing nut tab) parallel to the bed, beauty side UP and with supports. By printing with that orientation you eliminate most of the layer lines. (Same orientation as the screenshot view)

I used ASA filament.

If there is any interest, I will post the full MANUAL CHOKE conversion.
I did include the Manual Choke adapter that goes into the stock Honda carb.
The adapter does use an o-ring and is secured with the same clip that held the auto choke.
No modifications so you can return everything to stock if you ever want to.

If you enjoy, give some dog a piece of cheese and pet them.
