Application; 1986 (and similar) Honda Spree

The Spree I was working with had the REAR turn signal mounts removed from the luggage rack.

This is a custom turn signal that mounts between the tail light and license plate.

As this was a one off item, I got lazy and did not take the time to design sockets for the bulbs.

Instead I just got some #194, LED bulbs, soldered wires to them and glued them in from the back. Figure the LED's should last longer than the scooter.

The fit between the tail light and plate is exact and I just used some 3M, two sided tape to secure. I only had to make a small hole for the wires under the tail light. I drilled the hole near the bend as close to the fender/tail light as I could. The hole is very hidden should the turn signal ever be removed.

NOTE; this scooter has an LED compatible FLASHER. It is available from Amazon and fits exactly.

The main base is ASA BLACK and the lenses are TRANSLUCENT orange.

The 194 bulbs are available in red, yellow and white so the lens color is flexible to fit your taste.

The lenses click / lock in place without glue and with effort can be removed.

Just the same, install the side jewels and bulbs from the inside before test fitting the main lenses.
