Fensterstopper (Window Stopper)

Nachdem mir ein Windstoß mein Fenster so stark zugedrückt hat, dass der Fensterkeil dazwischen das Eckgelenk gesprengte, habe ich mir einen sicheren Fensterstopper konstruiert, der dafür sorgt, dass das Fenster gar nicht erst so weit zufallen kann und somit der Wind gar nicht erst eine große Angriffsfläche bekommt.

Die Eck-Ohren sind notwendig, um Kräfte aufzufangen, die den Stopper um die Längsachse rotieren lassen würden.

Bitte achtet darauf, dass die Bolzen und Ösen große Scherkräfte aushalten. Zum Beispiel mittels 4-fach Wänden und massiver Füllung, vor Allem bei den Ösen.

ACHTUNG: Ich empfehle, die kleine Feder separat zu drucken, damit nicht der gesamte Druck versaut wird, wenn diese sich vom Druckbett löst.

After a gust of wind pushed my window shut so hard that the window wedge in between blew up the corner joint, I constructed a secure window stopper that ensures that the window can't close that far and therefore the wind does not have a large area of attack.

The corner ears are necessary to absorb forces that would cause the stopper to rotate around the longitudinal axis.

ATTENTION: I recommend printing the small spring separately so that the entire print is not messed up if it gets loose from the print bed.

Please make sure that the bolts and eyelets can withstand high shear forces. For example, using 4-layer-walls and solid filling, especially at the eyelets.
