Lego worm gear with looser tension on axle

I encountered a slight issue while trying to fit the 3D-printed LEGO worm gear onto a LEGO axle, which caused it to get stuck. However, I was able to rectify the issue by making some minor changes to the gear using my CAD software. I reprinted the gear and it worked flawlessly. Please note that there may be some minor holes at the corners of the gear.
