MamutTH-Haldis TZ E3 ***UPDATE-2025***

This project was initially intended to be for Ender 3 style with Linear rails on X (MGN12).
in Part cooling duct you must cut the support after printing :)
Currently, I abandoned the Ender 3 printer after mods and built my own machine prepared for Dual Extruder with a printing area of 410x410x360, with an easy possibility of increasing the height by replacing 4 V-Slot profiles. Yes it is a Bed slinger

Full spec of toolhead:

1. Orbiter 2.0
2. Turbiter for OrbiterSensor
3. OrbiterSensor
4. Haldis TZ E3 with 60W heater and CHT nozzle
5. Dual fan 5015 Winsinn dual ball bearing
6. Mellow Fly SHT36 v2.0
7. Winsinn 3010 fan for turbiter
8. Winsinn 3510 for heat brake
9. BTT MicroProbe

What you need?

• 18x M3 Brass Insert Nut
• 2x20 M3 mount HE_fan to base
• 4x M3x8 mount part cooling duct
• 4xM3x10 mount base and belt holder to mgn carriage
• 2x M3x22 mount Orbiter
• 4x M3x12 HotEnd fan
• fan 35x35 Winnsin
• 2x M3x22 mouting Part Cooling fan to duct

10.2024 Update
I loaded new files for the entire toolhead and adding belt drive for ender 3 and Pro style but if you install this print head on your printer (ender 3 style), you won’t be able to install the Turbiter.

01.2025 Update
I loaded new files for the cooling duct, I redesigned the cooling ducts to allow the fans to draw air from the outside.

UPDATE
I added new cooling ducts, wider and with better air flow.
You should print these elements vertically, the ducts themselves should rest on the air outlet side.
